How to Cancel an Order
If you need to cancel your order, here’s what to do:
Act Fast: Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. The sooner you act, the better.
Log Into Your Account: Go to My Orders in your account dashboard.
Select the Order: Find the order you want to cancel and click the “Cancel” button (if it’s still eligible).
Confirm Cancellation: Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.
Once canceled, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and any payments made will be refunded to your original payment method.
Can’t Cancel Online?
If you don’t see the cancel option, it may mean your order has already been processed. In this case:
Contact Us Immediately: Reach out to our customer support team through chat, email, or phone.
